Maybe Kai is linked to Dranzer, that coud make Kai heal as fast as His Bit-beast,Dranzer.
My fav. Bladers are Zeo, Ray, Tala and Brooklyn.

They are the reason that I became a blader.(well,Zeo made me stay wend I was giving up and Ray started all over)

And I don't know why Kai battled Tyson unless he just wanted to try to strengthen his blading abilities or just cause he was having a bad day.

well,the first question is...the battle bet. kai and tyson happened in a later time because they were able to set up a small bba center and maybe kai had already recovered then.....

my fave character is kai but i also like brooklyn, miguel and tala...they're also cool but not as cool as kai!!!

Do you mean by the last battle of the series, well in the english version, Kai doesn't die and its quite a friendly match among them. Each and every character of the show sort of run and laughing stupidly ( but cutely) to see their battle. Kai smiles ironically and they both say as usual in their herioc style-
3-2-1 Let it rip ! And the show is over.

My favorite characters are all the members of the G-Revolution. They all have something which really impresses me. I really like your choice, Rei and Kai, I really like them too.

I don't know bout the 3rd question but you can visit any Anime music or Beyblade musoc website and find them.
