You didn't make that post to help the forum, or to elucidate your idea. You made it to insult all of us and to make yourself feel better. Don't blame us because you're ugly. Ass.

How about you tell Webmaster which law he is violating?
If you used logic and displayed some tact perhaps you would have been able to discuss your problem, without insulting people and acting immature.

- Insulting you isn't to make me feel better, it's simply something I did in the process as it's in my nature. And, you're being fairly hypocritical, now aren't you?
- And, I really HATE people who call females who allow negative emotions to show "ugly."
Can't get much more sexist than that...

- It isn't MY problem, it's the problem of the lot of you.
- & I don't have to state the law, as common sense should tell you, Dumbass. You can't legally sell/distribute anything pornographic without the consumer displaying a genuine ID which says that they're of legal age. Whether the site distributes it or not, having forums on the topic of Hentai should OBVIOUSLY be just as much of a [-X as selling it.
And, whether or not they put a warning in the description of the forum doesn't make a difference. There is no way to prevent a minor from headin' right on in, and no way to confirm the members' actual ages.
So, OBVIOUSLY, such forums never should have been created. Especially, when considering, if I recall correctly, that there had been a thread somewhere where the adult section's creation was being opposed.

LoL Thank you, (will not give way name, just in case)!
If it isn't illegal, then why is it that any proper forums board will make you agree to the following?
You agree, through your use of this forum, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of ANY law. This is not only humorous, but legal actions can be taken against you.
I rest my case.

While I like a good argument as much as the next person, this is turing into a flame war.

Now, you are saying having Hentai discussion threads "should" be illegal. You have an opinion on the topic, and you are allowed to have it. But, the term "should," and the term "is," are two completely different terms.

Discussing anything isn't a violation of any law.

As for the people who post to Hentai and Adultdiscusionss, they are few in number. Almost all the members actually avoid posting there.

As for your quote;
Quote:
You agree, through your use of this forum, that you will not post any material which is false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise in violation of ANY law. That isn't a specific law. Invasion of privacy is against the law, slander is aagainst the law, threats and harassmentt are against the law. None of what you said refers to discussions as being against the law.

Can you find a specific law, direct quotation of the law, and post it here? Then you will have a valid argument.
