You cannot grasp the form of Giygas' attack!
I'd say Giygas from MOTHER2/EarthBound is my favorite RPG boss..
That and Necrosaro/Psaro the Manslsayer from Dragon Quest IV, and Kefka from Final Fantasy VI.

Jack of Blades from Fable 1 especially in the lost chapters when you get to fight him twice.
