i have worked as a secretary for my fathers real estate corperation and i have co workers of all kinds.theres terry and ken, the 2 gays, julie, a lesbien, Sean and George, who are african americans, Tom, a Hispanic, and Simon, a jewish guy. they are all really cool people. in fact, i have more of a problem with the straight, white guys then any of them. :heh:

yeah in a job site you will thats why i would hire asians more productive
aoi you said you worked for 6 year ? doing what cause i said if you want to make alot of money you need to and as for real estate that something that might go against the rule theirs always something that breaks it just as people do, but when you have to go through 3-4hundred of them getting rid of potential "problem" people is a must and most companies will do this based on there background and culture and it real does work well if you know what your doing and know what your looking at cause in different situations you might want a different type of people.
