Com'on, isn't it obvious that Nappa's the strongest. Ha~ Honestly, if he never died and eventually ascended to SS. How would you tell when he went SS. Except for the Kai energy around him~ And because he looks like Basque Gran from FMA~

His moustache would turn yellow and go up his nose...
I don't know about best fighter though...maybe Gohan if Eldest Kai(was that his name? I can't remember) had finished making him into Mystic Gohan. If I remember right he got tired and never completed it.

Not counting that I'd say SSJ3 Goku (I never count SSJ4 as an actual form because it wasn't in the manga and DBGT just threw it in there to get people to buy it...)

Future Trunks only reached SSJ 1 and I think SSJ 2. Gohan managed to get to Mystic form which is equal to SSJ 3.
