As far as I'm concerned, Shino is one of the most overrated ninja that gets more glory than he deserves. (eg: Sasuke and Kakashi)

Neji is overrated.
He's sweet and everything but he was pwned in the end by Naruto. :P

Because it's Naruto's job to pwn everyone who had a rough childhood. :heh:

Regardless of his defeat, if Neji truly had wanted to kill Naruto he could have quite easily from the start of their fight.

Yeah you're right...half right.
Since Naruto is possessed by the yuubi,
if the real Naruto dies, the Kyuubi would take over forever.
