Almost every picture has anime graphics, and I have seen every episode so far and I can say 100% surely that none of those scenes have ever been shown. Therefor, it's definitly faked. I doubt that they will ever show Kakashi without a mask, it would just ruin him. Kakashi is cool because he has the mask on all the time, he'd just be a loser if he takes it off.

Judging from episode 101,Kakashi is very handsome according to the Ramen Shop owners.Of course,Ino and everyone else gets in the way when he's taking off his mask.You can also tell that he eats really fast!
