i think it does change sometimes he's not wearing the jacket sometimes he has is like a cape Yami style and the pants I notice that sometimes the pants are sort of connected to his shoes and sometimes they are not and his shoes are not all blue but they are diffrent goth-like

so yeah even though it doesn't change... the outfit varies

I dont think its that bad... I mean I think the worst dressed character is Tea, but still thats just my opinion, I wouldn't say he looks like a man whore or wot eva you said, I think thats going a bit over the top.
