There aren't enough topics to make a Chobits forum. But if there was I'd be in it. (But try going to the Series Specific Anime Then go into the Any Specific Anime forum. There are a couple Chobits topics.)

In the world of Chobits, computers now have the form and shape of humans and can do anything a computer can do...and more.

The star of our story is Motosuwa Hideki, a young college student who failed in his entrance test and has decided to move to Tokyo to study for this test. Just as he was adapting to his newfound citylife, Hideki finds an abandoned persocon on the trash and since one of his wishes was to have a persocon of his own, he decided to bring it back home. After a humorous attempt to turn the persocon on, the nameless persocon woke up and immeadetely invaded Hideki's heart, even if the first encounter was a bit of a disaster. After a while, Hideki names this mysterious persocon "Chii", after the first words she said when she woke up. The series follows Hideki and Chii as they get through life's challenges such as getting a job, studying, having fun...and love.

its so funi and hideki is such a perv lol, he doesnt no where Chii came from and what happend in her mystrious past. She will hear a strange noise and is then attracted to it. she closes her eyes and sees an image of herself from the life she forgot.

this review so does not do it justious but its really cool

it takes ages 4 the episodes 2 download so im only up tp the episode where Hideki gets the DVD player

Well.. I've only seen like episodes 19-26. It was on my bestfriends anime channnelm on demand then they took it off. So.. yeah. I don't download, takes too much time and freezes computer
There will eventually be a chobits forum when there are enough topics.
