They are similar characters, so I'd have a hard time deciding. I would say Yusuke because he fights 'clean' but is much more shrewd than Goku. He wouldn't do anything sneaky persay, but he might do something that wouldn't even cross Goku's mind, goku being a much purer character.

I think regardless of what goku becomes, Yusuke is a more brutal fighter, and is more prone to try something outragous. It would be tough to be sure, but I think given that, Yusuke would still come out on top.
