ok, all those who live in the UK or near by know that teenage pregnancy is on the increase, so, i thought it would be a good idea to see everyones opinion on when its suitable to lose their virginity.

is when theyr married? after school? or ASAP? your opinions please.

but seriously, its only because the new generations dont use protection. If they did, we wouldnt have this problem.

I live over across the ocean, but it's bad everywhere. Another problem is the legal age is gettin' lower and lower... We have poeple trying to lower it to 12yrs old! It's crazy around here... Well, our school board has started to take some action. Sex ed is taught sooner, and with every GD visit from the Sex Ed Nurse we all get condoms... SO we are trying to keep it better. Where I live inparticular, it's really gettin better. Only one high school pregnancy in about 10yrs where I live. We also have alot more help places for parents when it comes to talkin about it... Only no matter what we do, we shall for ever have stupid/forgetful/drunk/high poeple that don't use protection...

For a reasonable age, I think it relaly depends on you. I mean if your mentally prepaired enough and ready for it, then I guess it's all personal preferance. You can't stop how people think and what they do on those thoughts. All we can relaly do is punish and let be aware of risks, it's all up to them. I'd say for a good age myself, about 17ish. For some people though, that's way too late. We just ned to learn to make better decisions and not act on instinct/horomones sooo much.

Touchy subject...

I feel your virginity is something you don't just through away. And many people are to young and , quite frankly, to thick to understand that...

But I don't think its just a problem in the UK.

Agreed, and one thing about China is that THE COUNTRY IS MASSIVE. It SHOULD have a hudge population, and it's at a stage where people migrate to cities, if history be any guide it will begin to gain more standing as less of a 3rd world country.

IN Japan the thing is that there's a great deal of people and the area is VERY SMALL in fact almost no regions are developable except for areas where cities have congrigated or will ongrigate soon, because it's an archepellago.

I think I will lose my virginity after marriage.

The only person that even gets the privelage of having sex with me will be the love of my life. I'm not going to throw away my virginity to some random, clueless girl.

Guys neeeeed to have more control, though. They try to comfort themselves with the thought that either they are mature enough, or think that there is no other way to get rid of the urges. Having sex will only make the urge stronger.

Virginity is a question of one's self. If you feel that you are ready to take on the responsibilty, and the potential consequences. If you feel that there is no need to wait, and that you will be fine with whatever happens, then you can lose it to someone.

I think it depends on the people wanting to have sex. If their mature enough and understand that sex is a responsibility and not something you need to do in order to be 'cool' then, they can loose their virginity and such whenever they feel is the right time. But if their just doing it for the wrong reasons or are the unresponsible type, then no, they shouldn't. They're gonna be one of those babys daddy's who never pay child support, AKA- sperm donor =P
