Origin of the Japanese Language

It's not nearly as complex as English, but as usual we find ways to screw it up.

And you would be right.

I did not completely come from Chinese, but like Korean , Japanese has it's roots firmly in Chinese.

The writing system originated from China, but was later changed to an native alphabet, and now both writing systems are used together. Maiking learning the language that bit harder. YAY!

So yeah, it's not completely from Chinese, but many aspects of the language are.
