Since I believe Thursday night I have been having problems when on this site. A box will pop up for like a second then it will disappear, its like a box for transfering or downloading information or files. After that goes away my computer starts to feeze and another box will pop up and it sayes Prompt: (then a whole bunch of weird writing, I think japanese) and under that in the bar it sayes Javascript Initalized. I have to Ctrl Alt and Delete to get it away. And after that the whole computer is messed up. Then about a half an hour later it will do it again. What is this and what does it mean? I'm not the only one getting this because I was talking with another user and they are having the same problems. What can I do to stop this?

I've never seen anything like that happen. Have you ran a virus scan and malware scan?

I am sorry to say, someone is trying to hack your pc.. the same thing happened to me and I ran spy bot and they found java spy ware???? I guess the hacker uses java to hack your system but I do not know how once I got rid of that they were gone. Seems to me AA is getting hackers now for some reason.


IMPORTANT: Everyone should change there password once a week to keep things fresh,dont take my advice and you may end up a victim.

Well, I have the newest version of Norton Anti Virus. Sometimes it will say that it was blocked and deleted then other times it will say that it failed to delete it. And I can't have people hacking into my computer because my mom works at home on the computer and she would kill me. So..is there something more I can do to stop this for like, ever?

Does this stuff only happen when you come to Absolute Anime, or does it happen on other sites as well? Or maybe after a certain amount of time, like 10 minutes after you open your browser?

Pretty much. I mean every once in a while I'll visit xanga or myspace but it never happens there. But since I have posted this topic they've stopped *knocks on wood *

I don't believe there are any popup's on this site as well. Can you specify what web browser you use. I use a variety Internet Explorer on Windows XP and the MAC, Firefox on Windows XP, MAC and Linux and Safari on the MAC and I haven't see this problem either.

i have only seen em on this site. they seem to appear if your stationary for say, 10 minutes or so. if you keep moving, yah dont notice em so much.

i use Internet Explorer on Windows XP Pro edition. if it'll help

That happened to me, then my virus protection would always say that there's been a trojan virus detected on my computer. It stopped a few days ago though.

Thats part of your issue, I would download Firefoc fast. They have one of the best pop up blockers..also download spybot.
