Movie...what exactally is your friend talking about? Because the closest thing to a Rockman/Megaman movie I can think of is "The Day of Sigma" OVA from the Megaman Maverick Hunter X game.

ahh I know the movie "Rockman the movie the bequthed program of light and dark", ne? If so it CAN be found on youtube proably Ebay pr a general search for the movie on the net SHOULD allow you to find copies of it

There is a Rockman Movie, and it is available for download. You either have to get the full download which is 700+MB with 4 to 5 hours of download and the 300+MB with 2 to 3 hours of download. I got my version using BitTorrent unfortunately. And there is no english version currently available. One of my friends has the actual version of the movie with the Rockman-Cross-Forte E-Reader card. It's japanese coded though, so you have to have a device of some sort that can change the regioning of your XBox/Xbox360/PS2/DVD player. You can download some of the files over at exehq.com but you have to register.
