Axel from Kingdom Hearts 2.

Why? Axel is awesome and it's the first boss battle (other than the nobody... or is that after? O.o) Anyway, the first really cool looking (in my opinion) boss fight in Kingdom Hearts.

The final colossi from 'Shadow of the Colossus'. Amazing. The way that you had to climb all the way up to his back, stab him, his arm comes around, you jump on that, stab his hand, shoot an arrow on his shoulder, his hand grabs his shoulder in pain, you jump onto his shoulder, climb onto his head, and then stab the crap out of his skull. XD

I adored practically all of the battles on that game though, It is truely a masterpiece.

I love the cinamatic feel of the whole thing, plus, you get to play as Riku(hottest character in KH besides Cloud) for like half a second! Nyan!

Also, Lady from DMC3. She is awesome, a role model for all girl gamers!
And I like the battle against the old man in DMC4. God, I loved punching the crap out of him! Stupid old psycho, trying to become a god and stuff....
