Character Description: Ken Kaneki
Kaneki is an one-eyed ghoul due to a ghoul organ transaction experiment. He was a normal college student until one day he became afflicted with a ghoul. Throughout this anime, Kaneki's personality changed extremely due to very harsh circumstances. The anime ended with Kaneki regretting what he had done aka killed many people and ghouls.
