Rikka, also known as Asterisk, is the academy city on the water (literally island or offshore) which was divided into six academies which hold inter-school tournaments known as Festa.
Ayato Amagiri came to Rikka to investigate his missing sister. He enrolled to Seidokan Academy, the school where his sister attended.
