Character Description: Tick Jefferson
The son of a clockmaker, Tick Jefferson was sold by his father to a young Luck Gandor as a settlement to a $2500 debt he owed because of gambling. Tick's father then left New York, taking his younger brother, Tock, with him. Tick has lived with the Gandors ever since.
The family's chief interrogator, as well as their torture specialist, Tick has a strange fascination with scissors, his chief tools. Often between jobs, he would be smiling happily as he cleans and sharpens them. He is also deceptively strong, belying his slight frame.
