Character Profile: Mariam

We first meet Mariam in a short e-mail from Max to Kenny about this Blader that wanted to challenge him to a match and beat him. Strangely enough, she used an invisible bit beast and wore a cloak, which sounded a lot like the mysterious Mr. X that Tyson had met and lost a battle to earlier.

Well, Mariam shows up again and challenges Max to battle. Grandpa seems to think that Mariam was Max's girlfriend, though. Anyway, her annoying little pest of a brother, Joseph, decides to jump in making it two on one. Fortunately for Max, Ray showed up making it a two on two battle.

Mariam is also a part of the Saint Shields that want the Blade Breakers' Bit-beasts.

Mariam battled against Max in Las Vegas where he (Max) was walking through an alley listening to music. Mariam challenges Max to a beybattle, but Max defeats her.

Mariam seems to like food a lot. She doesn't, however, seem to like the hideout that Ozuma found. She scolds Dunga a lot. She has a brother called Joseph.
