Anime Profile: Earthian

Throughout the ages, Earth has been watched by the Angel-like people of Eden. Every so often, Eden sends out investigators to closely watch the people of Earth, the "Earthians," and to count. They come down in pairs, one to count the good things the "Earthians" do, and one to count the bad.

Flash to the present. Chihaya and Kagetsuya are a pair of investigators. However, Chihaya (negative counter) has become too close to the "Earthians," and he and Kagetsuya must attempt to untangle themselves from the "Earthians," as well as discover the secret of Chihaya's black wings.
