Character Description: Kobayashi Excel
Kobayashi Excel and Hyatt Mikako are seen only a few times in the anime. They Cosplay as Excel and Hyatt (meaning they dress up like and act like them). They usually pester Excel, Hyatt, and Il Palazzo.
In one episode, Kobayashi Excel and Hyatt Mikako knock over Il Palazzo's dominoes (which he had painstakingly set up all episode long), and then they laugh about it as Il Palazzo tries to save some of his domino. They do this because Il Palazzo keeps getting in their way, while Kobayashi Excel and Hyatt Mikako act as announcers for a game show that Excel and Hyatt are on.
Kobayashi Excel and Hyatt Mikako have only a minor role in the anime, usually pestering Excel and getting Excel into trouble.
