Character Description: Soma Yukihira
Soma Yukihira is the heir to the Yukihira diner and despite never beating his own father at cooking, he is a confident youth and as a chef he's more than skilled. It was at his father's insistence that Soma should attend the prestigious Totsuki Academy whose alumni become renowned chefs. It is at Toutski that becomes involved in the competitive world of Food Wars: competitions between students to see who can cook the best meals. Soma is more than determined to be the Number 1 student at Totsuki.
