Are there any characters in naruto named tobi, kakuzu, hidan, or shiju?

Not sure about Shiju, but Tobi, Kakuzu, and Hidan are all part of Akatsuki.

there was originally ten, but Orochimaru left and took his ring leaving only nine members.

Itachi, Kisame, Zetsu, Hidan, Kakuzu, Deidara, Tobi and two members(one being the leader) that they have only shown there backs.

If it helps Tobi took Sasori's place after Sasori died.

Yeap the guy with the mask, that only has one eye whole is Tobi.

now, the current akatsuki lineup has changed. It goes: Deidara, Tobi, Kisame, Itachi, Zetsu, The Leader, and The Unnamed Member. Hidan was defeated by Shikamaru and even though he is still alive, he is no longer considered a member. Kakuzu was killed by Kakashi.

So, there are 13 people who are/have been Akatsuki members: Deidara, Sasori, Tobi, Kisame, Itachi, Zetsu, Orochimaru, Kakuzu, Hidan, The Unnamed Member, The Leader, and Sasori's two agents Yura and an unidentified person (they were used as clones for Itachi and Kisame).
