The main core of the story itself simply didn't grasp my interest, even with all the editing done by 4kids. Dunno why, it just didn't.

I felt the same way originally, but I gave it another shot and I loved it.

I might consider giving it another try but I need to know if it will be worth my time and why.

Alabasta through Enies Lobby arcs are just phenomenal. The current arc, Thriller Bark is decent but not as good as the ones I just mentioned (Although Brook is pure awsomeness). However though, you may need to go back and read/watch from the beginning (at the very least from Whiskey Peak) because 4Kids cuts and editing created major plotholes during Alabasta

I like Rurouni Kenshin better.. Naruto is overrated a bit and I'm sick of seeing people dressed up as them at Jewel osco. lolol.
