Wings of Honneamise: Royal Space Force is getting the high definition treatment with HD-DVD and Blu-ray release. Apparently each set comes with a normal DVD release in addition to the hi-def one. They are widescreen, but at $80 for only 2 hours of entertainment, these are only for the most hardcore Honneamise or technology fans.
Here are the specs:

Re: Wings of Honneamise: Royal Space Force goes Hi-Def
I have the Blu-Ray version and it looks absolutely stunning in full 1080p. I thought it was awesome of BVUSA to include both the standard disc and the high-def disc together. When I got the movie, I put in the standard disc in first than I watched the high-def version again to compare! The difference is amusing and amazing.
