OOC//Here's the prolouge to a story I'm writing. The characters are based on Orochimaru and I but obviously they aren't really us. Enjoy. ^_^

Prolouge

I didn't know who he was. I didn't question what he was doing. I didn't stop him from tightly holding me to him and gently kissing me. All I knew was that I loved him and he loved me.
For some reason, I didn't ask him who he was. I didn't ask why he looked far older than I. I didn't even bother asking if I would ever see him again. I just continued to let him hold me and say things that were much too quiet for me to catch. Except, of coarse, for one sentence. It was clear as day.
"I love you, Avalita."
This boy... no... this man had uttered the three deadliest words in the game of life. Now I wanted to wake up. Now I wanted to find him. Now I wanted to know why he was saying such things.
My mouth suddenly began to throb as blood spilled from his hand. I saw now that he had bitten himself open for me. I was in schock, wanting nothing more than to drink his blood. That delicious, rich, tantalizing blood.
"Drink, my love,"he commanded me.
I held back for another moment or so but couldn't help my temptations. For some reason I craved the stranger. I wanted him so desperatly. Unable to take anymore, I took his ivory hand into mine and satisfied my hunger. He tasted insanely good and his scent was even better. Seeing my reaction, he smirked.
"You are quite satisfied tonight, aren't you?" he asked me with that snake-like voice of his.
"Tonight?" I questioned.
He nodded. "Every other night you are much more calm."
I wondered now if this wasn't a memory, but a glimpse of my impending love. I thought that strange. He looked far older than me.
Tenderly, he pressed his lips to mine, his free hand trailing its way down my back. That's when I decided to wake up. I decided I didn't want to see the rest here, in this dream world, but experiene it first hand in the real world. The world I didn't belong in so well.
