but WHY Ryu? no one is really putting forward why. i did, as did Kagetsuya. there wasn't much difference between Ryu and Ken. other than Ken was quicker and weaker. but that made it easier to score high hit chains. with Ryu, they were subsequently down after one punch. his combo's where none-existant when compared to Ken, hence why i favour Ken.

I say Ryu since his supers have always appealed more to my style of play. Ryu has better fireballs, his Senpuukyaku knocks them over first hit and his shoryuken's goes through fireballs. His supers i find also suit me better.

surely Ryu's dragon punch could only go through fireballs if you timed them right. i never recall being able to do it on Super SF and SF2T (they're the only ones i play.)

I would've voted Sakura, Ryu's disciple/student...But, next to her, I like Ryu. It's about attitude and power.
