Naruto 1st movie... voice?

Hello! as i watched the movie i realized that some of the characters were a bit familar, and i cannaot find anywhere that has the full english cast of the movie.... does anyone know exactly who plays Nadari (i think thats his name.... hes the snow ninja with the long pink/white hair that Kakashi fights a couple of times). if anyone knows, i'd greatly appreciate it ^.^ I've had my suspicions that he might be Liam O'Brian (Ukitake; Bleach, Gaara; Naruto) but idk....

Sorry All That I Do Know Is That Liam O'Brian Done The Adaption To The English Version, But I'm Not Sure If He Done The Voice For That Guy.
