Where does Yu-Gi-Oh go from here

Since before Yu-Gi-Oh ended, I've been hearing from some places that Yu-Gi-Oh GX will also be aired on 4kids tv shortly after it ended, but I don't see it. who here knows anything about that? :-k :?:

They might be talking about the second season. The one where Syrus gets into Ra Yellow.

This might be just bit off topic, but am I the only one who finds the old characters very similar to the new ones?

No... you're not alone... I find them a bit alike as well..... Thats why i hate them... personal preference, originals rule....

As for what yu-gi-oh should do from here? Die. The show should just die. unless.... ...they plan on somehow makeing a sequel serries to Yu-gi-oh, that isnt GX........... Then maybe they can keep going... but yeah... they should just convert to Duel monsters and forget about the anime... Its had a great run, but they are, in my oppinion, destroying the fabric of Yu-Gi-Oh by trying to keep the anime alive with GX....

(Side note: I HATE GX WITH A FIREY PASSION... ...dont know why, cant realy explain it... just do. Sorry if that offends you.. but it cant be helped.... Ok maybe a little but i'm lazy today. )

I really wish they would have continued with Yu-Gi-Oh, and not started with that GX crap, too. It really does suck. They should have let it die, or continued with the same plot. They're reusing the plot, but just with different character. Honestly, I'm even hoping that GX doesn't have many fans, it's ruining the original.

I like GX for one reason - the duelists generally have more interesting deck structures. And Yugi can't have just duelled forever! Give the kid a break!

They could have showed Joey duel 24/7... that way I'll have something to laugh at every five seconds ^^

Yah! ^^ I miss Joey. Since some originals was in Gx, like the Paradox Brothers and Seto, do you think they will show Joey?

As much as I love GX - Yu-Gi-Oh! will slowly die in a cesspit of re-used plotlines and slowly become a card game version of Digimon...

I am not looking forward to it; but that's probably what's going to happen.
