The main character walks into Cafe` Callaway and a cutscene is triggered...
He sees Alex and Rachael standing beside a table.
The main character runs behind the counter and stays out of site.
[Alex] : Hello.
[Rachael] : Hi....
[Alex] : Well how are you?
[Rachael] : Good you?
[Alex] : I'm also good.
[Rachael] : I've been waiting for you...
An exclamation mark appears over Alex's head, and no this is not Alex the doctor or Alex the main character, this is someone new.
[Alex] : You came here just for me??
[Alex] : ......
[Alex] : So, I heard from Basil you had found someone else!
An exclamation mark appears over Rachael's head.
[Rachael] : No, I found you!!
[Alex] :
Rachael and Alex hug.
The scene changes and then it opens and Alex and Rachael appear at the beach. They're both facing the water and watching the waves...
The time is still Summer. The day is still the 16th. The clock time is 7:00pm...
The scene is Moonlight Beach...
The main character is looking over at Alex and Rachael from behind a rock.
[Alex] : You want to know something, Rachael?
An exclamation mark appears over Rachael's head.
[Rachael] : What is it, Alex?
[Alex] : I'm in love with you!
An exclamation mark appears over Rachael's head.
[Rachael] : You are?!
[Alex] : I have been ever since you moved to the village.
[Rachael] :
A question mark appears over Alex's head.
[Alex] : Is something wrong?
[Rachael] : I knew that right when I came here, I would find someone to love me.... I guess that person is you, Alex...
[Alex] : I found this and I saved it for the person I wanted to be married to.
Alex pulls out from his pocket a Blue Feather, the key tool in getting married in Harvest Moon.
An exclamation mark appears over Rachael's head.
[Rachael] : You're really giving this to me?!
[Alex] : Yes... Rachael, will you marry me?
An exclamation mark appears over Rachael's head.
[Rachael] : Of course I will! I love you so much!
[Alex] : Great! We will be married at Starry Hill tomorrow!
Alex and Rachael smile with big smiles and closed eyes.
appears over both their heads. They kiss. Then the scene closes.
The scene opens again. The scene is Starry Hill. The time is Summer. The day is the 17th. The clock time is 6:00pm... The main character is standing beside his wife Ellen, and their now all grown up daughter, Ali. On the other side is Rachael's cousin Danielle, Alex's best friend Scott as well as Carl and Katie from Cafe` Callaway and Liz and Nina and Basil from Spring Colours Farm make up the back. Mayor Theodore is at the alter with Alex and Rachael.
[Theodore] : If we're all ready, then we'll get started. Do you, Alex take Rachael to be your lawfully wedded wife?
A box appears on the screen to where he can select yes or no.
Yes?
No?
[Alex] : I do.
[Theodore] : And do you, Rachael take Alex to be your lawfully wedded huband?
A box appears on the screen to where she can select yes or no.
Yes?
No?
[Rachael] : I do
[Theodore] : Then if there are no objections, I hearby pronounce you "Husband and Wife!" You may kiss the bride!
Alex and Rachael lean in and kiss.
appears over their heads.The crowd goes wild and cheers for the new married couple as the walk down the aisle...
The scene changes and Alex and Rachael have moved into Alex's home. The time is Summer. The day is the 18th. The clock time is 8:00pm. The scene opens and shows Alex standing at the bedside and Rachael at the sofa.
[Alex] : Now that we're married, what do you want me to call you?
[Rachael] : Can you call me Sweety, ok? What do you want me to call you?
[Alex] : You can call me Honey, ok, Sweety?
[Rachael] : Of course.
About 20 days later, Rachael wakes up very ill and collapses. The time is Fall. The day is 8th. The clock time is 6:00am.
[Alex] : Sweety, are you alright?! Sweety!
Alex rushes her to the clinic and findes Alex, Gina, Dia and Martha waiting for them.
[Alex] : Alex, can you help Rachael? She collapsed!
[Dr. Alex] : Of course... now let's see what the problem is...
Alex puts Rachael on the bed and he, Martha, Gina and Dia examine her.
[Gina] : I think I know what's wrong with her. I experienced it and so did 12 other girls in this village. Linda, Nina, Eve, Gwen, Ellen, Maria, Ann, Dia, Katie, Lyla and Jamie all went through it. This is very good fortune for you two.
[Martha] : What Gina is saying is "You're wife is pregnant!"
[Dia] : I'm not a nurse, but according to this, you're going to have a baby girl.
[Rachael] : Oh, that's just wonderful! I'm pregnant and I'm having a baby girl!
[Dr. Alex] : Yes, you should be having the baby in about 60 days, so be prepared.
[Alex] : We certainly will, thankyou all!!!
The scene changes and they arrive at there home.
About 60 days later, Rachael wakes up again very ill. The time is Spring. The day is the 8th. The time is 6:00am.
[Alex] : Sweety, are you ok? Sweety!!!
Alex once again rushes off to the clinic with Rachael. He is met by Alex, Martha, Gina and Dia.
[Dr. Alex] : Welcome back Alex, Rachael. Martha, Gina, Dia, will you please help put Rachael on the bed?
[All] : Yes, Dr.
[Martha] : You go and wait in the hall!!
[Alex] : Ok, ok!
A few minutes later, crying comes from all directions! An exclamation mark appears over Alex's head, and he runs to greet his wife.
[Dr. Alex] : Congratulations, you have a healthy baby girl! What would you like to name her?
[Alex] : Her name will be Michelle, we decided a few months back.
appears over Alex, Rachael, Dia, Martha, Gina and Dr. Alex's heads.[Gina] : It remindes me of when we had our baby, right Alex?
[Dia] : And mine with Kurt.
Woody comes in and says...
[Woody] : I heard you guys were having a baby, so I made this. Where do you want me to put it?
[Alex] : You can put it there.
[Woody] : Ok, good. Have a happy life!
[Rachael] : We will! Thankyou very much!
The scene changes and Alex and Rachael as well as Michelle are back home and happy.
Three months later, Alex and Rachael find that they can't find Michelle anywhere!!! The time is Winter. The day is the 11th. The clock time is 10:00am.
[Alex] : Where could she have gone to?!
[Rachael] : I have no idea!!! We have to find her, and soon!
Alex ans Rachael hurry to the clinic and find Michelle standing up with Alex and Martha.
[Dr. Alex] : You're child wandered in here. And look, she's walking!
[Alex] : Wow, Sweety, look, Michelle is walking all by herself!
[Martha] : It's a once in a lifetime experience, so be sure to cherrish it!
[Rachael] : She's beautiful and now she's walking!
The scene changes and it is several years later. Michelle is all grown up, now and is very happy. The time is Summer. The day is the 7th. The clock time is 1:00pm.
[Michelle] : Daddy, I can't believe you and Mom and all the other villagers appearance hasn't changed in years! I like it that way, though, so it's okay.
[Alex] : Yeah, well, you certainly did grow up very quickly! I remember when you were a little baby!
[Rachael] : You were so cute then, and now look at you! Your a beautiful young woman!
[Michelle] : Oh, Mom, that's so nice.
appears over Alex, Rachael and Michelle's head.The scene closes and trhe story is over...
