help me identify an anime a bit dark

A friend told me about an anime but he don't know the name, the plot is a bit dark; a delivery guy goes to a house and a group of women let him in, after a while they all have sex with him, so the group turns to be a coven and the lider of this coven drinks the guy semen so she can preserve her youth and beauty. When they finish this ritual they try to kill him and just drop him out, but the guy survives and when he gets well he finds the coven and kill the women one by one... I'm sorry if I'm too vague, that's the essence of it
