Questions on Character Profiles...

VERY, VERY sorry if this is off-topic but is there a way to sumit a Character Profile to be added to an Anime Profile? I only know where to sumit Anime profiles.

The character submission form is still unavailable. The webmaster still has many character, and anime profiles to go through. Only he knows when he will activate it again.

Oh.. so there was once a character profile summit page but it later got a glich?

I see.. I hope he brings it back.. I have so many Hamtaro characters to summit..

Is there a way to summit without me having to wait?

It didn't have a glitch. The webmaster was just getting too many submissions at once. He couldn't keep up in anyway, shape, or form.

He will put it back up when he feels ready.

I would suggest waiting. If you e-mail him your submissions, the submissions will likely get deleted.

Use a word processor program, and write down your ideas before you forget them.

Actually, it's been active for a while now, I just never announced it, because last time I announced it I got flooded with submissions and had to close it down again soon after.
