With this deck I still have the usual problems of s/t : monster ratio. I recomend making at least half of your deck with monster cards. Also as YSH said, there is a large number of tribute monsters It will be very difficult to bring them in without a suitable number of level 4s or less.

I noticed you have added a polymerization card yet you did not include a fusion deck. Therefore it is asumed that you have no fusion monsters to use.

I agree with Quaker and Yami. That deck may work for you, but I doubt it would do very well against a good Duellist. You need to shave the cards down, Include more Lv4 and lower monsters, and minimise the risks of drawing a hand of s/t cards by smoothing out the spell/trap : monster ratio. for instance, my new Dragon Deck -

Well you got Palidin of White Dragon and 2 flutes of summoning dragon there. That would help. If not you could run up a 7 card hand and discard one and monster reborn it.
