well, its normally contained, but if the people either refuse to stop, it gets bad or they put me on ignore or disallow contact and then i yell at innocent people, i act very angry around everyone and become very unhappy.

well i do that too. if i'm mad at someone and i can't yell at them i yell at everyone else who says something to me for no good reason. it's a destresser and alot of people do it. i think we may need some anger management. but at other times i've got enough happiness for the both of us. so when you get like that, try to contact me via my email adress. i'll try to cheer you up if i can. i'm usually able to make people happy. i know my email adress is in one of the post i made earlier so you can get it from there cuz i don't want to type it again. i'll do for you what i can. but if i can't do anything, talk to your girlfriend. girls have a way of making people happy. take that last comment anyway you want. i won't be here all the time. but i've been over this house for a week almost and i'll get back to you as soon as i can. my computer at home needs a new monitor. the old one broke. anyway, think about what i said. ok? don't hesitate to write.
