Has anyone around here ever watched the series called hellsing?

why is there only 13 episodes?
they waste there time making only 13 episode and they can't think of anything else? I never watch HELLSING but only seen a picture and a summary of it.

I don't understand the last 13 episode of Hellsing and why did hellsing lady went to prison tied up around her wrist:?:

why is it so different watching a movie called VAN HELLSING and in japanese anime they have a woman HELLSING? is it like they're related family generation:?:

The series was halted at the request of Kouta Hirano (the original manga creator of <i>Hellsing</i>).

The anime was trying to get ahead of the manga in terms of storyline, and the result was characters and plots Hirano didn't want that, so he told Gonzo (now Gonzo Digimation) that they could not make any more <i>Hellsing</i> anime without his specific say-so (and Hirano wanted the manga storyline finalized at the time). But time passed, and the idea fell to the back burner.

As for the connection between the series and the movie, the only supposed link is a family one. It is said that Sir Integra Wingates Hellsing's lineage traces back to Van Hellsing himself.

what happen at the end of the last 13 series and why did Integra Wingates Hellsing went to prison tied up around her wrist and what will Alucard do when her master is in prison?

Here ya'll go I found out alot of info for you...Ok to help everyone out i stayed up really late last night
and found out everything about Alucard. He is Dracula's son.
He was born a vampire, and thats why he hates human changed vampires.
The reason he has a human master is because his father wanted alucard
to make vampires to keep there bloodline going and alucard was against
it, so he swore allegence to Van Hellsing, and together they murdered
Dracula (Hellsing Died in the fight) After that Alucard went to the
basement dungeon of the hellsing mansion and waited there for four
hundered years until integra came and proved to him by letting him
taste her blood, that she was a hellsing. He was then brought up and
givin weapons and briefed on what was happening. Now he fights for the
hellsing orginization. All of his powers are not known.i would
guess not even half of them are known. But he can transform into a
four eyed wolf( for all of you who see the wolf running around and
wonder what it is), he can transform into a bat and mist to. He has to
forms, (the second one when he has long hair, and isnt wearing his hat
and glasses or traditional clothing). He cant die because he has sworn
allegence to The hellsing orginazation, so when he does die integra
always commands him to come back. and he has to obey(he always
comes back in his second form). I forgot to mention that for those
four hundred years alucard was tested on and was fed blood to keep him
alive. He has some kind of program thing going on because integra
always says( when he dies) Program so and so activate and he comes
back to life( which is also why he comes back in his second
form, because that is the name for that form, he doesnt have to die
to transform into that form, just usually if the vampire is powerful
enough to destroy his body then he upgrades to that level of the
program after death.) He also wields to guns, (black gun),13mm
Jackal, The Jackals bullets are blessed mercury charged explosive
rounds. and the 454 Casull (silver gun) Silver from a Lanchester
cathedral cross was melted into the alloy for the bullets for the
Casull.

WHATS with HER going to PRISON and being HANDCUFFED and what exactley did she do to be PUNISHED IN EPISODE NUMBER(13)?

Ahh I watched this show!!! awesome!, I loved the brit voice actors for the dubbed version. I also heard there was a new Hellsing coming out? Corrct me if I am, wrong, but is this true O.o

It had to do with the fact that she betrayed the round table in the last episode... as a result they imprisoned her... then Alucard came and well... they ended it there...

I dont think Integra was the round table betrayerbut i'm not positive. all it said was "the traitor from the round table conference was secretly dealt with"(or something along those lines) And,Alucard38, Alucard did die in the last episode, but he was revived only because he absorbed all of the tremendous amounts of blood that was spilled that night fighting Incognito and his followers. I cant say I agree with all the other stuff you said, but, hey I'm not some expert you could easily be right.

alucard381wutever....u speak nuthing but RETARDEDNESS from ur mouth. do u have ne idea wut ur talking about? alucard IS dracula...damn...u shouldna known that without looking it up. alucard=dracula spelled backwards + in the last episode (SPOILER!!!) when he kills incognito, lighting flashes and shows his tru persona which is none other than Vladmir the Impaler aka dracula! gasp! which explains y incognito was IMPALED!!!! imagine that! he does not hate human changed vampires for ur reason...which is retarded.alucard has proven time and time again he loves nothing more than a good and challenging fight, and he despises more than anything a weak and soft vampire thats not true to its roots.such as the priest in the beginning and the 1 guy who thought he was bad invading the base until he fought alucard. HE HAS FOUR levels or transformations. and only his master integral can unlock the most powerful one.as seen in the last ep. GOODNESS KID GET IT RIGHT!

and it's not because of hellsing that he cant die, he's a level byond ordinary vampires, one of the "Originals" or "No-Life-Kings", these vampires are already dead, and thus, if enough blood remains to re-build their forms they can revive as if nothign happened, in the last 2 episodes (Spoiler) he used the blood form the massacre at the tower of london as fuel for this reaction, in addition to his own blood, since the blessed amunition vaporised a good amount of his blood (Whith btw is what he is esentially made of)
