Avatars?

Yeah...does anybody know how to get an avatar for this site, that isn't from their gallery. I like to talk about topics here, but I would like to change my avatar to something I prefer...that's from another website.

Go find an avatar somewhere online,
write down the address,
type it in.
(At least thats how I got mine...)
