Too much like a copy of the Victory Gundam. Only not as streamlined.

Well it's something that it can recharge it's battery without landing on a ship, I think that was used in Nadesico. If you asked me I can't see why they really went with this design concept. They moved away from it in previous Gundam series. So why return to it again?

Do they have something more in mind for it? Interchangeable parts from other Gundams? Will it be able to connect to another bigger weapon system?

if u mean the freedom gundam it's kira who was piloting it...impulse gundam is the one piloted by shinn
