Help on what to rent for Anime

I was thinking on rent these movies:
Please Teacher!
Adventures of Mini-Goddess
Mouse
Najica Blitz Tactics
Agent Aika
Burn Up (W, Excess,Scramble)

Are they any good because the comments on these anime were good on the rental site. Also give me suggestions about what to rent. I'm into comedy/action/martial arts. These are my so far favorites:

I despise the most are movies that are sad/not fulfilling such as:

Perfect Blue
Grave of the Fireflies
Cowboy Bebop

Ranma 1/2 - Worths your money, love this anime!

Rurouni Kenshin - One of my fave animes, a gotta-have-anime! Trust me you'll like this anime when u rent this!

Orphen - Well, I don't know, I saw some of it and it's pretty good....

Strawberry Eggs - Have no idea -_-

Well what you have there is a very good list of anime but happy lessons, love hina, strawberry egg , and please teacher arwe worth the money and time and there all very good.
