ok people Mr. Popo is a black guy and he look like that cause that is how majority of the black people are portrayed in the show. if you don't believe that then go back to goku and krillen's training with roshi on Dragonball- i think it shows other black people when they are delivering milk


and whoever said that they met when kami took over as guardian was right

p.s. no one take offense of my use of the phrase black people because i myself am black, and since i don't think the story takes place in america i couldn't call them african american
