How to make a good anime

Well I'm working on an anime so I thought I'd give people pointers.F.Y.I This is only for people who want to make anime. First you need to make your own story. When that's done the next part is the setting for example Fullmetal Alchemist looks like it's somewhere around the early 1900's. Most importantly are the characters. Make sure your characters look really cool or if chibi style is your thing then try and make 'em look cute.Zatch Bell is a pretty good example. And finally make sure the backgrounds look almost real.Paranoia Agent is the best example. Okay does that help? This is actually supposed to be a very simple tutorial.

Kenshin rocks! And Lil'slugger, I've made my charecter but i can't think of a name. Do you have any pointers on diciding on a name?
