80 dollars anime budget, need some help making a decision...

i got 80 bucks to waste on anime,
I'm thinking about buying either set of animes

1.rune soldier complete
2.fruits baskets complete
3.heat guy J complete

or
1. fruits basket or runesoldier
2. You're under arrest complete tv series

only problem is that i've never seen any part of any of these series, so i want to know what you would do, you're under arrest sounds good, i would buy season 1 and 2 but for some reason i cant find season 2 anywhere, so buying season one makes it iffy, i have a hard time watching unfinished stories

also if you guys have any other suggestions for good animes, i like action with romance or harem, like generator gawl, dual, rahxephon, gunparade or gungrave, even tho gungrave wasnt really a romance

Well, if you're just in it for the girls and guns, you may want to try something like Burn Up Excess, Gunsmith Cats [?], Bubblegum Crisis, or something of that nature.

Yeah, I've seen 'They Who Hunt Elves'. A group of people trapped in a fantasy world where they must find lost fragments of a spell that will send them back home. To find these fragments they must strip every elf they can find.

There is rumored to be a second part to it, the anime never did come to a completion as the ending they got into an arguement and the spell got dispersed all over again. Or that maybe how the writers wanted it to go.

"waste" money on anime?!Fine,buy issues 3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,etc. until you run out of money and then give them all to me.
