No, I don't think there has ever been any hentai on TV. I don't know what channel would show that stuff, maybe Cinamax or after 10 pm it's known as Skinamax. Maybe the Playboy channel, but no. There may have been anime that's close to hentai on one of the Starz channels, but I haven't seen Starz run any for a while now.
