flood control problem

i think the server is acting up agian cuz i post and wait 15 seconds and then it comes up with the flood control thingy

I think this also relates to posts appearing before the previous post instead of after.

with what Symos has just said, its the clocks skipping. someone posts, it'll say, eg. 3.30PM. you post after, and it says 3.28PM, so, by time sorting, goes BEFORE the last post. as for flood control, i dont know whats causing it, but both problems are REALLY annoying

I'm unaware of both problems as I'm not on as often as perhaps I should be.

But, about the flood control problem, perhaps webmaster increased the time you have to wait? maybe...not likely but maybe.

Has he said that it takes 15 seconds anywhere?

Also, if you do get a flood control message, just click 'back' (which is normally up the top left-hand side of ur web-browser) then click submitt after a while. As it will remember your post.
