Ken brought this to my attention a couple days back. The emails leave encoded problem but for some reason some ISP's are mangling them. Ken forwarded me an email that was mangled but I would view it in Outlook just fine. Can you include the original headers in a message to me (or send the original email as an attachment) we will see what else we can do to solve the problem.

One of the servers did have a different configuration than they rest (the original one) but this problem we have always happened.

I moved the email to Outlook '03 and it's still scrambled. This is what I got:

Quick question, does it always happen? If so what I can do is pull that server out of the cluster and have you retry. If that fixes it then we have a direction to go in. If not we will have to go back to the drawing board. What I have noticed is that all of the emails I have looked at all have the same server name involved. From the headers I can tell which one of the servers sent it.

We made a change. Let me know if it still appears mangled.
