its actually a nice anime.. it portraits despair and fear within the primary character "lay lah ashlee"
if u watch the series it would make it more clearer

Oh, but I own it. Layla Ashley reminds me of a female Heero. lol. The storyline is awesome but the quick ending is...yeah

I liked it a lot. But Nei was my fave character. xD

Nei is captured and is experimented on, but no, they just realize that she's an ordinary human like everybody else. The only reason they keep her in captivity is because they believe she is the "child of destiny" of some sort.

Still, Nei is a girl. There's just nothing to argue about on that.
