I think gogeta because when I played dbz budakai 3 his atks were harder to use than vegeto's.

If Vegeto could go ss4 he would win because according to elder kai in DBZ potara fusions are stronger than dance fusions. However Vegeto cannot go ss4 so gogeta would obviously win. Omega Shenron would beat vegeto if vegeto could not go ss4. Otherwise Omega Shenron would get his ass beat. And yes Dragon X in budokai 3 gogeta is ss4 and vegito is not so obviously gogeta's attacks are stronger.
