Try doing small drawings, as well-it distracts the eye to see large spaces, which doesn't conduct the watcher through the picture, and...The shape of the faces are off in the larger pictures, and with the first two-

the problem there is the clothing. It disguises the body, so people don't take trouble with it. So the body's figure is off, as is Kakashi's face...shape, rather. Allow for normal proportion. Like the guy said, the arms are limp.
