Ok I am not putting this one in the adult discussions cuz its really not porno.. but I was at fansub and they where sharing ecchi pics and it was really popular.... I was wondering if we are allowed to do the same? Or do I need a moderators permission first?

ecchi is basically light hentai, and there is normally very little or no nudity at all

My understanding of ecchi was that it was like hentai but without any penetration or images of actual sex.
