Im not being mean. Just because I say no doesnt mean I hate the guy. I just dont think he will take this seriously like it should be taken with some of the posts Ive seen him make.

Alright, so, you make your post shorter to benefit yourself? That's not what mods do, you have to post in a manner that people can understand, not in a manner that is convenient for you. Basically, I'm trying to tell you that your grammar is horrible, and good grammar is one thing that makes a good mod. I'll restate what I said: If you know qualities of yourself, and also know the qualities of a good moderator, then you'll know what you need to learn to become one. One good quality about you, is that you do possess good social skills, but at the same time, you need to have a degree of maturity. Which is something that you lack. Are you starting to get the point?

Ok, lets say that you're a mod, and lets also say that you are being constructively critisized by a member. Would you know what to do in that situation? And would you be able to react to that situation without getting angry? Or, if there was a newbie that needed something explained to him/her, would you know what to reply? And would you be able to do it in a manner that they would understand?

In your current state, no, I doubt you'd be able to flawlessly execute a good reaction to those situations like mods are expected to do. That's why I told you to give this alot of thought, try and learn a thing or two from the advice me and others are giving you. Come back after a few months when you're ready to make another application, because right now, you're not ready to become a mod. That, is what I was trying to tell you.

Sorry to go agisnt you but just having friends insn't enough. You need to be able to be on a lot of the time and spot which topics should be moved, split,etc.

I agree with you, and straw hat, and to behonest most of the moderators on this site, make so many mistakes. Im sorry to all modewrators who are actually doing there job, but, Webmaster needs to do something, I never see him on to fix the site if its having problems or just to talk, and see whats happening.

Still, trust me you dont want to be a moderator, no one respect's moderators for what they do, Only because they dont know what they have to deal with. Currently I only count 4 good moderators that actualy do there Job good. What I do not like about most mods is that they dont actualy take the time to think a problem through before acting, instead they just lock the thread but in all reality it could have been merged with a topic of the same nature. I see that alot and it annoys me. There is yet another problem, Insted of Splitting all the spam out of a single thread and getting rid of all the Bs they just Lock it, this is bad especialy if its a good thread. Most Moderators need to learn theses functions and actualy put them to use. When I was a moderator I did all of that and more, but as it stand's evidently I did not do enough because so many people hated me because I was a hard ass, But I was doing my job correctly for the most part. There is no way in hell that I will ever be a moderator again, to many haters and the users dont even respct what we did.



On a closing statement, we do have some Moderators that need to learn How to Mod correctly but it doesn not mean that they are incapable of Learning, they should learn. All they need is a little push and hopefully this post will do that. Anyways in my opinion you will crack under the preasure and most likely go insane of lack of respect and appreciation . Besides Being a moderator is Not much different than being a Normal user You can still share your opinion good or bad.

I apologise Gaara, It can get like this occasionally. EVERYONE develops an argument at some point. Its just an opinion clash, they're not TRYING to ruin this application.
