WHY?

I understand that Adult Swim is making more episodes for it. But why can't they show the TV show while they're making it? I also want to know when it will come back on the air. Please tell me when it will happen!!

First off, Adult Swim isn't making Case Closed, some company in Japan is. Funimation's translating them, and Adult Swim is buying them to show, since it's popular...

Anyway, the reason why they aren't showing Detective Conan is because there were other shows, and people were probably getting sick of the reruns. Around April or May though, that's when Case Closed should be back... with like.... 70 new eps.... and that isn't a lot, since there's around 400 approx. episods....
